• Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• This ticket is categorized as specified above and is valid only for the date and time slot indicated. Please ensure that you report to the Visitor Centre during your assigned time slot or up to 10 minutes prior.
• Please note that this Qasr Al Watan Ticket does not include a tour. If you wish to add a tour, kindly visit the Visitor Centre and inquire about availability with our team.
• If you miss your scheduled time slot or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your entitlement will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
• For guests aged 11 and under, it is mandatory to be accompanied by a responsible adult who holds a valid admission ticket. Children aged 3 and under can enter Qasr Al Watan free of charge. Junior tickets are applicable for guests aged between 4 and 17.
• Government-issued photo identification may be required as proof of age.
• Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into Qasr Al Watan.
• It is essential to keep this ticket with you at all times during your visit, as it will be checked at multiple checkpoints. Failure to present the ticket may result in denial of entry.
• This ticket grants you access to the palace building for one entry only. Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the palace building.
• Please note that this ticket cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded. Any alteration or damage to the ticket renders it void.
• Only third parties authorized in writing by us may resell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently or from unauthorized sources are invalid. We strongly advise purchasing tickets from reputable sources only.
• Certain zones, areas, attractions, exhibitions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
• Palace in Motion, the show, will not take place during Ramadan and Islamic holidays, the specific dates of which are subject to moon sightings. On rare occasions, the show may also be canceled for other reasons. Entry to the show is subject to capacity, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
• In the event that we need to cancel this ticket entirely, our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the ticket price you paid. If you purchased this ticket from a third party, please process your refund request through that specific third party.
• Please be aware that admission to and use of Qasr Al Watan is at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within Qasr Al Watan.
• We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any individual from Qasr Al Watan for any reason.
