- Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an Adult.
- For Swim & Explore, the guest should be a confident swimmer
- Deep water experience (5.5 meters deep).
- Pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.

- For All Dolphin activities, guests are not allowed to wear a single accessory. Eg: watch earrings, or any such accessory which can hurt sea creatures at the time of experience.
- Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior at the ticketing counter for the collection of wristbands. After the collection of wristbands, guests can reach the designated location via buggies.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
