• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Snow Abu Dhabi
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+
• For the utmost safety, guests under 13 years old are required to wear helmets.

• Children above 2 years and below 1.2 meters height will be considered as child and charged child rate.
