The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is a popular tourist attraction located in the Dubai Mall, featuring over 33,000 aquatic animals including over 140 species of marine life. The main attraction is a 10 million-liter tank with a 48-meter tunnel where visitors can walk through and see marine life swimming around and above them. The Underwater Zoo showcases exotic marine species such as piranhas, giant spider crabs, and king crocodiles, and offers interactive exhibits and activities. Important Information

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. • Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed in Glass Boat. • Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity. • Accessible for Wheelchair and stroller(Excluding Rayn Encounter, Penguin Encounter) • There will be no refund for partly utilized services • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.

• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

• Children aged above 2 up to 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult.

• Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
