Important Information
The average waiting time at the venue is 15 min (to prepare the food), it might be longer on busy days. • There will be no refund for partly utilized services. • No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity. • Please dress according to the weather. • Pregnant women are not allowed to experience Flying Cup. • Food brought from outside is not allowed at Flying cup. • Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
• Children under 4 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between ages of 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
