Hot Air Balloon Dubai Important Information

Mandatory Documents: Each passenger must provide a copy of their valid Emirates ID or Passport at the time of booking, as per aviation regulations (GCAA). Guests must also complete and sign a waiver form at the launch site before the flight. Without these, boarding will not be permitted.

Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah, and other Emirates.

Private transfers can be arranged from Dubai and other Emirates at an additional cost.

Pickup timings are shared the evening before (between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Guests must be ready at least 10 minutes before pickup; delays may lead to cancellation.

Shared transfer timings may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on location and traffic.

Age & Health Restrictions:

Children below 5 years and adults above 70 years are not permitted.

Pregnant women are not allowed.

Maximum weight limit: 119 kg per passenger (exceeding this requires pilot approval and extra charge).

Participants must be in good physical health, able to climb into the basket, and adopt a brace position during landing.

Guests with serious back, knee, or heart issues, recent major surgeries (last 6 months), mobility impairments, or fear of heights should avoid this activity.

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.

Clothing: Wear comfortable, casual clothing with flat shoes (no heels). Carrying heavy luggage is not permitted.

Weather & Safety: All flights are subject to weather conditions and aviation authority guidelines. The pilot has full discretion to delay, cancel, or reschedule for safety reasons. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, guests can choose the next available date or a full refund.

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be fully charged.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–11 business days to the original payment method.
