- • Access to facilities like changing rooms, showers, and locker rentals (locker rentals are chargeable). You will also find sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the park where you can relax in between rides.
- • Life jackets are provided free of charge at various locations within the park. These are typically mandatory for certain rides and recommended for weaker swimmers.

- During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the time
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Wild Wadi Water Park.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged from centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
- Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- The meal Add on includes: Hot dog / burger with a soft drink/ water bottle.
