For all experiences, participants must be confident swimmers.

Avoid alcohol and non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours before diving.

Completing the Deep Dive Dubai Liability Release and Medical Form is mandatory:

Guests with medical conditions must provide a doctor’s approval before the activity.

Participants above 50 years are also advised to bring a doctor’s clearance.

Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience start time.

Outside equipment is not allowed inside Deep Dive Dubai.

Permitted: Mask, breathing regulator, gauges (computer/watch), fins, and cameras.

Not Allowed: Diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators (BCs), wetsuits/drysuits, diving booties.

After any dive, it is recommended to wait 18–24 hours before flying or ascending above 300m (1000 ft).

Bookings are valid only for the selected date and time.
